Critical: QualityProbably the worst set of nails i’ve ever had in my life. i had two different girls doing my nails so i have a whole bunch of different shapes, not to mention she didn’t do any of the prep work for a full set i have my license in cosmetology so i know a lot about it, when i tell her she says “wait” all different lengths , acrylic all over my skin. so so so bad i can’t believe i even paid. I just got a basic full set no design and light pink and charged $70!!!!! for a basic full set. Probably the worst set of nails i’ve ever had in my life. i had two different girls doing my nails so i have a whole bunch of different shapes, not to mention she didn’t do any of the prep work for a full set i have my license in cosmetology so i know a lot about it, when i tell her she says “wait” all different lengths , acrylic all over my skin. so so so bad i can’t believe i even paid. If I could give zero stars, I would. Went to get an SNS manicure and what a joke! The next day I have 2 chipped nails. This manicure lasts 3 weeks or better. Colossal waste of time and $46! Actually walked out with dull nails and cotton bits still sticking to some nails. I had to go because of child care so I had to fix my nails myself. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable! Will never go there again!

i arrived at 6:50 & told them i needed eye brows and my tips just taken off ( not redone ) . they take me to do my eye brows im like okay. then i sit down at the table. Andy starts taking the polish off my nails. does 2 nails and tells me they are closed (they close at 7:30) . now im walking around missing the color on 2 nails & if they were gunna close then they should not have even started. very rude & do not recommend.

I’ve been here 3 times. The first time was ok, I went by myself and the prices seemed appropriate. The service was ok, nothing special, my big toe nail got ruined as soon as I got home, I think they put too much nail polish and even waiting 15mins in the dryer isn’t enough. Second time I went with a friend. I got a more expensive pedicure and was surprised when both me and my friend where done at the same time even though I know mine had to take longer because of the extra steps, but hey, maybe they extended my friends pedicure so we’d be done at the same time. Both me and my friends big toe nails (again) got a little damaged, even after drying for over 10mins, but we blamed it on ourselves as maybe we could have been more careful. third time I went in with a different friend on a Tuesday around 3pm. I tell the front lady we want 2 pedicures. She says ok and sits us both down on the pedicure chairs. Someone comes and starts doind my friends feet. I get bored, but I wait. Pedicures take about an hour and can you believe dyeing that WHOLE TIME nobody came to me to tell me that I had to wait or anything. As soon as they where done with my friend, the same lady tries to do mine. I got up and said “No” I didn’t go there with a friend so we’d both have to wait an hour for the other one. If she didn’t have availability to take both of us, they should have said so. That way I could have gone to any of the other 12 nail places around. I guess I should have read the reviews first. Today I will be going to April Nails. It was recommended by one of the reviews here, I checked their reviews and they are all 4 and 5 stars….and the best thing is they are right across the street so I don’t even have to go out of my way. Sorry guys. I gave you 3 tries. ♀️

I called to see what time they closed (7:30pm). I asked if they could schedule me for a mani/ pedi as I was on my way from work and did not want to inconvenience them walking in. The owner told me I would have to arrive at 5:30pm so they could leave and close 7:30pm. I stated that I would be there in time. When I walked in at 5:31pm, I was told that I had to wait 15 minutes if I wanted my nails done. What was the point of making an appointment if this business does not respect them. And to finish it off the owner was passive aggressive continuing to ask why I was upset. I do not recommend this place to anyone who schedules their time as Village Nails does not show customers courtesy in that aspect.

Terrible low quality service! I will never go back, please do no be fooled by their low price. It is very dirty, they have mildew growing on their broken pedicure chairs as-well as their tools. I am not new to manicures and pedicures and know they skip many steps because they feel like it. Bottom line you get what you pay for cheap price equals cheap and rude service. i would much rather go to April nails across the street that is more expensive but cleaner, nicer, professional and friendly.

The worst place ever. My daughter had a sweet sixteen and went in there came home with all of her cuticles bleeding and her nails were so crooked it looked horrible. $50 later she came home crying wanted to rip them off and I didn’t blame her. I called wanting to speak with the owner and they did nothing but say sorry. Don’t go there

Horrible place!!! I should have checked out the reviews before I went there. Just had a gel fill in..the tech Dee made a point to tell me my old manicure was not gel, yet used the same gel I’ve been getting. The opi color I chose was unevenly put on, I pointed it out she blamed the polish and did not even try to fix it. I did not tip. Never again and I do not recommend!
