Called early that day to set appointment up for dip set & two pedicures . They said they had availability. We got to the appointment and they scheduled multiple people at the same time . As I’m getting my nails done she kept stopping doing other things . I tried to be understanding but she just stopped doing my nails left me sitting there to go paint someone else’s toes and didn’t even wash her hands when she came back . By the end of it i couldn’t even get the other service i had booked because there was so many other people booked at the same time. I paid what they said and i checked online and i got charged more than the prices they advertise (& no there wasn’t anything else added for the price to have changed ) .. just be honest with people and say you don’t have availability instead of leaving people half way. & then not doing the gel color they wanted , convincing them of doing regular polish just because you wanted to finish faster. Everything about our visit there was just terrible !

This place is awful. I went there less than a week ago to get my nails filled and 2 repaired. I’m kicking myself for trying somewhere new. The tech burned me multiple times with the electric file and the skin around some of my nails are sliced from the manual file. She seemed rushed and flustered.

The place is super clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. I paid $42 for a refill plus $10 for cutting my cuticle and $5 for coffin shaping. The total was $57 for a refill and $40 for a pedicure = $97 without tip. If you are on a budget, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, excellent job! Acrylic nails, Pedicure

Very clean, organized nail salon with walk-in availability. Visited a friend in Avalon Residences, as I left I noticed the nail salon within the building front. I was suffering from a very painful ingrown toenail. Cindy took a thorough and positive approach, and tho it hurt a little, she managed to excise the sharp pieces and restore my ability to put on a shoe. Thank you so much!

The lady who did my nails was so distracted. She kept checking her phone, answering calls, and talking to others and she ended up cutting my cuticles on multiple fingers. She is the one who is usually answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. My cuticles were swollen and hurting for 2 weeks. And it happened to me three times I went there. Each time I said it’s gonna be different this time but I was wrong! The only reason I went there a couple of times was its proximity to where I live.

I saw Cindy for a dip…PROS…very clean salon , Cindy was very welcoming, the price point was what most salons charge and they were able to see me same day. CONS…Parking is awful, had to park down by market basket and walk through the crazy lot, Cindy took a bit of a long time for my dip , almost 2 hours she is also the owner so there was alot of her answering the phone, she knicked me twice with the nail file and was a bit rough with the drill, leading to an open cut which I know can happen so Im not taking them off my list just yet but still shopping around.
