I went here to get my nails for prom and the lady didn’t do it anything like the photo. They were so bad. I came back to get them redone and the entire staff was rude and argumentative. Do not come here if you don’t wanna be patronized and gaslighted into thinking bad nails are good. First photo is reference and the rest is what I got.

They’re getting one star because they were able to get me in quickly. However, that’s where the stars ended. I actually walked out of an establishment for the first time in my life. The woman who was going to do my pedicure (wish I had gotten her name) gave me attitude the minute I sat in her chair. I asked her to make the water hotter four times…four times she made it colder. I even tried asking the girl next to us and she said something sassy to her. At that point, I made the decision to get up and walk out. I was not taking a chance on her doing something to my feet.

Went here with my sister when I visited Granbury. I’ve never been more uncomfortable at a nail salon before. First, the lady told me the style that I wanted would be ugly on my hands (thanks, I didn’t ask nor care about your opinion.) And second, THE LADY COUGHED ON MY HAND. An open mouthed COUGH all over my hand and nails as she was doing them. Disgusting. I will never return here and any time someone asks, I tell them to go somewhere else.
