Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI came here for the first time. Horrible experience, first the owner cuts two of my fingers which can happen so I just let it go. Then I pay 50 dollars for a gel manicure and she did not even give me a small hand massage. I do not recommend this place, I came to have some relaxation and received nothing. The place is very dirty, I offered to clean my cut finger before she painted and my nail to avoid getting my BLOOD in the shared bottle and she said NO! this place is a hepatitis awaiting to happen zone. Not that I have that but this is unacceptable. I was horrified as a nurse. The color is beautiful but not worth the terrible experience.Service: Gel manicuresI came here for the first time. I came here for the first time. Horrible experience, first the owner cuts two of my fingers which can happen so I just let it go. Then I pay 50 dollars for a gel manicure and she did not even give me a small hand massage. I do not recommend this place, I came to have some relaxation and received nothing. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy mom and I came in for just a manicure, and within 30-45 minutes only, BOTH of us were done. No lotion, no scrubs, no massages, NOTHING. She barely let the polish dry in between coats, and was talking with another client the entire time, as if we weren’t even there. I get it, we aren’t regulars, but we still should have gotten the same treatment everyone else in there was getting. I’m happy to be going back to my nail girl soon. (Picture was taken 2 days after manicure. My mom and I came in for just a manicure, and within 30-45 minutes only, BOTH of us were done. No lotion, no scrubs, no massages, NOTHING. She barely let the polish dry in between coats, and was talking with another client the entire time, as if we weren’t even there. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI came here for a pedicure with my wife and this is the best salon we have ever been to. They were very clean and they sanitized often. The place is really warming and charming; all the staff was wearing face shields, masks, and their constant hand washing makes me feel safer here than at home with my kids. I would highly recommend
