This maybe my new favorite salon!! My nail tech Crystal was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time!! She made sure not to hurt my nails as well.Along with acrylics I also got my eyebrows tinted, she did a great job!!!! I walked in and was squared away and seated in less than 10 minutes! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueToday, I went in for a simple gel manicure. Sat down at 2:50 and was released to pay at 3:08. They had me in and out in 18 minutes. They did not soak my hands, clean them up, clean under the nail, shape them… and the tech argued with me about why he couldn’t do the white glitter that was shown on one of their example nails. Then after he was “done” one of the nails wasn’t fully painted with the clear and he argued and said it looked dull because of the lotion… even though I had just washed it all off. He finally painted it with clear again. Love the people and the service here. I can request just about any design or style and they will make it happen. I’ve waited to be sure it was consistent before posting and this is the 6th or 7th visit and will continue to visit. Walk ins are welcome ! I came in today to have my acrylic nails removed from a previous nail salon. As well as a pedicure. I had the deluxe spa pedicure and gel manicure after my removal. The service was impeccable, everything was so sanitary, I had the best massage of my life, and the staff is so kind. I live in florida but if I’m ever back in town I cant wait to return to Village nail spa.

Today I went to get my nails done I normally go to this place because they’re pretty good and fast but the guy that did my nails today was horrible I asked him for a Design and he clearly said no he was so mad I have never came to this place and got a feel in and Polish For $25 he got mad because he had to repair a couple of fingers because of the Polish The older guy in here is horrible he needs to stay calm especially when people are paying there hard earned money for what they want. His customer service skills are terrible.

I went to get my nails done a week ago from today by the lady that sit in the front next to the boss . I return today on 8/8 because every nail on my hand was lifting from the bottom . When I enter they refuse to fix my nails complaining they short staffed , even after I told them that the nails was hurting my real nail . I have been going here for over 3 years to Len & I have never experience this . I will not be returning to the nail spa after paying 140 to 160 every time me & my daughter visit for my nails to be lifting
