Horrible horrible. They overcharge you and when you tell them they give you an attitude and say they’ll let the manager know. My nails came out horrible and I told them and they act as if they didn’t hear or understand. I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone. Please please ask for an itemized receipt. Website gives one price and they charge what they want when you go there!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Bait and Switch

The nail tech did both my nails and pedicure he was so rough I could feel his nail digging into my toe to keep it stable so that he could polish it. It was 10 am and he rushed through both services. I paid for the deluxe pedicure that came with massage of legs and calls. That didn’t happen he put a scrub on and washed it off. My nails are crooked with the filing and he was so rough using the drill and he came close to cutting my cuticle. All of the other people that work there were laying around in pedicure chairs not doing anything eating talking loudly. Not a professional establishment at all and I will never patronize this place again.

Absolutely horrible! Don’t be fooled by the nice decor! Just came in for a last minute polish change on my toes—not a big deal. I simply asked to remove ALL of the old polish BEFORE polishing the new color because the tech was trying to use white polish with purple polish still on my nail. That’s when the attitude started. HE was extremely rude and disrespectful. So I refused the service and he got even more rude. Believe the negative reviews. The customer service is the worse as it seems like this is the normal because none of the other staff attempted to correct him. I will never step foot in that salon again.

While the staff was nice, the finished product was not great. I had polish all over my fingers, my toenails weren’t properly trimmed and the worst, my gel manicure started to chip the next day at the cuticle, huge chips a few days later. It seems to be a combo of technique and products used It was a very expensive mani/pedi for not a quality service.

Unpleasant experience. I was asked if wanted short trim. I said no but that’s what I got. Never asked me what shape, I got squared nails. Forgot oil on my left hand and a topcoat on my right. And the family was yelling at each other for what felt like a very long time. I forgot why I didn’t like this place. I won’t forget again.

Went here to get a mani and pedi. It was my first visit. Kevin was not a great nail tech. The pedicure was actually good in terms of looks but process was rushed with lack luster massage. It was a Monday not even busy! I always get upgrades none were shared with me. Their loss
