Worst experience. Asked for white tips but instead she put regular tips and painted them white. Which made them not smooth and were done poorly. Now a few days later they are looking raised with what looks like air bubbles and are coming up at the ends. On top of that I paid $70 then $52 for their most basic pedicure, which they over clipped my cuticle and got my skin. Avoid this place.

Hands down the absolute best massage/pedicure I’ve had in my life. I chose the package that provided the 25 minute reflexology massage and callus treatment and it was nothing short of amazing. Not to mention the price was very reasonable. The staff was very pleasant and nice. This was my first visit but I believe I’ve found my new salon.

I really love the concept of this place. The foot massage prior to pedicure and other nail services is lovely and I’ve been a few times now with mixed feelings.I’ve gone when I’ve had excellent results and then a couple of other times I feel like the technicians are not trained or very experienced. On first appearance the spa and decor are very nice but when taking in the whole it appears not very clean. I was sitting in the recliner during a foot massage and noticed big dust balls on the ceiling. The bathroom also messy and needed more attention to cleanliness. I would love these things to improve because I want to continue with their unique service.

We scheduled 4 mani pedi’s for a wedding. We had 1 person for all of us, it took 5 hours! Poor job on the nails and shabby massage, not worth the 175! Do not recommend this business. Gel manicures

I LOVE THIS PLACE AND HANNAH!!!! I used to go to their location in Cameron village for 4 years, but when this location opened up we started having all our appointments here and I’m obsessed While I love both locations, this location is bigger and is so bright and welcoming inside. In the back they give hand and foot massages that are given in private rooms which I love personally! Hannah is fast but efficient! I have never been disappointed; if you’re in Cary or Apex drop by and check them out! You won’t regret it

I’ve never left a review anywhere before but I felt like I needed to because I left disappointed after my service. I arrived for my apt. at 530pm and was the only client , they close at 7pm. I wanted a gel pedi and gel mani but received regular toe polish and gel nails , I would have said something but they were all clearly in a rush to go home , They had someone doing my nails at the same time I was getting my toes done which Ive never experienced I originally picked a color for my toes but as my nails were being done I asked for a different color for my toes, they got it but proceeded with the other color still. I was okay with it but they still didnt do gel (i couldve said something but they were in a rush and at that point i didnt care anymore lol) As she finished my toes she smugged them and said “oh no” and didnt fix them. at that point I just wanted to leave. this is what i asked for with the nails and what i got and how my toes looked when i left. I feel like no matter what time you make an appointment you should get the same service reguardless if the employees want to leave early or not

It’s started out good with an awesome foot massage. We paid for the $175 pedicure experience. We then got the head and arm massage which was super painful and not relaxing at all. He dug his nails into my head the entire time lol. After that we were give an 3-5 minute super rushed pedicure and sent on our way. Our feet were not scrubbed properly and looked sloppy by the end of it. I’ve never paid so much at a nail salon for such a sloppy and quick job. Don’t recommend

Had an amazing experience getting my nails done here. Employees really care about their customers and go above and beyond. Kim was awesome, she stayed after they closed to finish my nails and did an amazing job! I would recommend coming here! I will for sure be back!! Acrylic nails
