I highly recommend Village Dermatology with Dr. Duke and her staff. The check in process is easy and the front staff are very friendly and professional. I’m seen on time and Dr. Duke is very knowledgeable and professional. She explains all the options so I can make informed decisions about my health care. She takes her time during the appointment and listens to me thoroughly and thoughtfully. If you’re looking for a dermatologist this is the place!

They clearly do not value the time of their patients. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks & I was very clear upfront about the testing I wanted to be done.. I get there for my appointment where I am told they need to get my insurance verified and we will need to schedule the test for another time. Insurance should be verified well before I arrived and if a consultation was required before testing, it should have been communicated, that way I would’ve had clear expectations of the appointment beforehand. The doctor saw me for about four minutes before I was sent on my way and charged $60 for a total of 10 minutes there. I value my time and money and it’s clear that they do not value either. I will find another practice to visit but in the meantime, you should clearly communicate with your patients so they don’t experience the same disappointment and frustration that I dealt with today.

Dr. Duke is easily the best Dermatologist that I have ever seen. Dr. Duke gave me “Homework” to do to treat my legs. During my next appointment, Dr. Duke was sincerely excited about my positive progress. Dr. Duke also gave me credit for the hard work it takes to follow the treatment routine, especially when one is ill. Dr. Duke makes me feel that I am not alone on this difficult journey to heal. Dr. Duke and everyone in the office has also been kind, respectful, and helpful to me.

I am a patient at Village Dermatology and Dr. Reena Jogi… I am beyond happy with Dr. Jogi and her staff. They have done amazing things for me. They care so very much! They go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. Kat, a clinical technician, has bent over backward to help me with all my insurance problems and to help make sure that I have my medications. Without a doubt, Dr. Jogi and her staff are by far the best experience I’ve ever had visiting a doctors office. I highly recommend her and Village Dermatololgy, first class all the way.

I am a patient of Dr. Nosrati and Dr. Chapman. Both doctors are personable, professional, patient and highly skilled. Dr. Nosrati performs my general skin exams and addresses my other concerns, and Dr. Chapman performed Mohs surgery on me. They are excellent at what they do! I am so lucky to have found these doctors and their clinic, Village Dermatology. The staff and nurses are all very kind and professional as well. My husband, father, sister, and brothers-in-law are also patients at VD. I have accompanied my 90 year old father to several of his appointments with Dr. Nguyen. My father loves Dr. Nguyen! He, too, is professional, patient, kind and highly skilled. He is very thorough with his skin exams and laughs at my dad’s jokes.

I had a bad experience. They sent samples of a toenail from my child to the lab after the dropped it on the floor which is clearly contamination and malpractice and still sent it over and tried charging me $42. Then the manager tried to justify it later…pathetic that’s sad that as a fellow Healthcare provider people are doing stuff like this
