Absolutely fantastic experience! Kelly is friendly, knowledgeable, and super talented. She knew exactly how to make my hair look great, and she offered me lots of tips for home care. I love that she has early hours so I can book a 7:30am weekday appointment and not have to miss work or lose hours of my weekend. The salon is spacious, clean, and well appointed. I’m so glad I found Kelly and Village 9 and can’t wait for my next appointment!

I just started going here about 6 months ago because I was referred by a friend. I actually liked her hair so much that I asked who does her hair. I am currently using Rachel wilt as a stylist. I have used boxed dyes forever in between visits and I noticed I had several different colors in my hair. My first visit with rachel we discussed a plan of action and she did highlights around the darker sides. It has taken months to correct my hair but I am so happy. Rachel has reasonable prices and she takes the time to listen and do my hair the way I want. I never feel like she is rushing me out of the store or just doing hair and then on to the next. She cares about her clients and their hair. I can’t enough good things about her. I would highly suggest giving her a try.

I moved to Western Loudoun mid 2021 and was in a need of a new hair stylist. After viewing the Village 9 Salon website, I decided I would give them a try. The staff was able to quickly get me on the schedule and I was really happy with the experience, even more thrilled to have found my new salon!! I’ve always been happy with my hair cuts and coloring, apparently my daughters are as well since they are now clients of Village 9!

I had been with the same stylist for 12 years and had been looking for someone comparable for the past year and a half without success until I came to Village 9 and met Marlys Howard. I have short hair and it’s a little tricky, Marlys gave me the best cut I’ve ever had and did an awesome job on my color! I’m still pinching myself to have found someone with so much talent! In addition, she has a great personality.

I have NEVER come across a hair dresser that is more rude than Jacky. Luckily my haircut turned out to be fine but she was EXTREMELY rude the ENTIRE time. there was a complete lack of customer service and quality on her end. I came in and instead of greeting me she immediately told me I was late and that “we will see how much we can get done” and was extremely unwelcoming and the thing is I WAS NOT LATE!!! I arrived at 2:00pm est. ON THE DOT and my appointment was scheduled for 2:00pm. A few days ago was fall back so the digital clocks (like an iphone) all fix themselves. I was nice to her the entire time even though she had the WORST attitude toward me. I even said to her that it was 2pm and expressed that I was confused in the beginning when she kept saying and kept insisting it was way after 2pm. Come to find out when I sit down at her station she has an old time battery powered block that is AN HOUR OFF!!!! This lady had a cell phone and she couldn’t have just fixed her clock? The fact that she really was rude to me the entire time when I did NOTHING wrong!!!! It is so unacceptable to treat clients with such disrespect like she did. She ended up charging me $60 which I didn’t even feel like I should have paid that much for a simple trim on the front of my hair and due to the fact that she was extremely rude and unwelcoming and never even gave a smile to me. When a woman goes to get her hair done it’s supposed to be a relaxing experience but instead i couldn’t wait to get out of there because of Jackie’s attitude that she had for no reason. I will N E V E R be returning to this salon AGAIN! AND GOD FORBID DO NOT BOOK JACKY!!!!
