Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIf I could give this place less than one star I would. I called to see if they would take walk ins, they said yes. I go in and tell them that I’m the person that called and they tell me that they aren’t taking walk ins because they’re busy. After complaining that what I was told on the phone was not what they were saying in person they told me that they could do a 30 minute massage instead of the hour.They proceed to tell me it’s cash only with signs everywhere saying they accept visa. After more back and forth I just walk out. The person was not only rude but it seemed like they didn’t want my business to begin with. Even if this was the last massage place in the IE I would rather drive to another county than come here.If I could give this place less than one star I would.
