Critical: Professionalism, QualityHad been going here for the last few months to get a dip manicure in which I got tips added. Today I learned that due to improper removal of old dip manicures, I now have a fungus under my nails. I would have never known because the nail color was never fully removed before adding a new one. It was only when I went to a different salon, who fully removed the nail color, did I discover this. Had been going here for the last few months to get a dip manicure in which I got tips added. Today I learned that due to improper removal of old dip manicures, I now have a fungus under my nails. I would have never known because the nail color was never fully removed before adding a new one. It was only when I went to a different salon, who fully removed the nail color, did I discover this. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI recently received a gel manicure and normal pedicure from Villa of Colors Nail Bar. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making it a lovely experience! My pedicure lasted for 2+ weeks, which is normal for me. However, my gel manicure sadly only lasted about a week while my gel manicures typically last 2 weeks. I recently received a gel manicure and normal pedicure from Villa of Colors Nail Bar. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making it a lovely experience! My pedicure lasted for 2+ weeks, which is normal for me. However, my gel manicure sadly only lasted about a week while my gel manicures typically last 2 weeks. Critical: Quality, ValueI tried this salon as my new go-to for pedicures but I was highly disappointed. The atmosphere and cleanliness are top notch; however my pedicure was poor quality. There were visible smudges before I left and two toenails chipped within two days. Not to mention it cost $35 for a basic pedicure. I will not return to this salon.Service: Pedicure
