LILY did a great job on my nails! For 4 years I’ve had the same nail tech and unfortunately she had to leave but the manager made sure I was put with someone who was just as good. I was very hesitant to try someone else but everyone was very easy to work with and understanding of my pickiness on my nails. I’ve gone here 6 years and going anywhere else hasn’t really worked out. Definitely will continue to go here!

Great customer service, wonderful experienced and professional nail techs. They not only did a great job making my nails beautiful, when I caught one in a door and broke it 2 days later, they fixed me up fast and showed genuine concern for my pain levels. I broke it halfway up my nail bed. They are even installing a drink bar which should be ready in two weeks for mixed drinks.

This was my second nail salon I visited after moving from New York. My experience started great but unfortunately did not end well. I received a spa pedicure which was relaxing, it was the honey and milk. It smelled amazing and my toes came out perfect. While getting a pedicure my gel x was soaking off. It was only after that the technician filled off my soaked nails did told me that they did not have the gel x supplies for which I called 12 different salons to get. The nail tech then told me she could do dip powder which I’ve never had before. I was lied to and only after they soaked off my nails did they inform me they didn’t have the glue. Only 4 days later my nails tips chipped and lifted. I called and they said we have the glue now, and we can give you a % off if I wanted to change to gel x. I feel like I was pressured into getting something I did not want or asked for just because they already soaked my nails off. They waited till I was vulnerable and only cared about making money instead of providing me with the service and product I originally came in for.

Went to VILLA NAILS & SPA today and am very satisfied with my nails! Love my new shape and the hand painted design Nail tech did an amazing job cleaning up my cuticles! I’m not the type to leave good reviews but these guys deserve it. I got there a little bit before my appointment and was waited on immediately.

Always love my nails from here. Very good work, and customer service. Kasey is my girl she does excellent work . Usually pretty busy so recommend making appointments but they do accept walk ins but sometimes there’s a wait.
