I started with having an appointment at 4 i came an extra 15 minutes early after waiting an hour I said i am only going to wait ten more minutes. The people where very unfriendly. To top it all off the woman who waited on use started taking about me about how i was disrespect and that i was the problem even though i was only taken in at 5 o’clock for my 4 o’clock appointment. It was clear that they don’t appreciate our tender.

Called to make and appointment and see if I could get 2 people for the appointment, was told no so they canceled my appointment altogether without telling me then weren’t open for my original appointment and blamed the confusion on me. My mom and I go here often and we will not anymore. Pedicure

This place was unprofessional, dirty, and messy. I waited 30 minutes to get my nails painted. After the 30 minutes a lady came and told me to take off my polish for her. Which I thought was ridiculous but I didn’t say anything and took the polish off. There were only two ladies working and after 40 minutes a guy walks in and asks me what I want to do to my nails. Most tools were dusty and some products were all over the place and it wasn’t very clean. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer a lotion in the end because all salons I’ve been to offer lotion in the end. They did pretty good on the nails for 10 dollars but they didn’t have a variety of colors.

Pretty clean but there’s always an issue. I’ve gone here three times in the last year and every time they either cut me so bad I’m still bleeding when I leave or they are way too rough. Most recently I asked them to not trim my nails because I just did it and she did anyway so that lead more bleeding and an ingrown nail.
