Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLovely Place! The ladies always smile when you walk in. Large ope space, low nail “smell” not strong at all.Follows Covid Protocol. Great for transplant patients and services for Handicap Seniors. I had my father with me and they assisted him with his walker and taking off shoes and back on. The OWNER took my dad outside when done and helped him into car!Pure Heaven. The Golden pedicure is so relaxing and refreshing for your tired feet.I can’t say enough good things and will be back! Priced perfectly for my budget, you get what you pay for, and this is worth it. Lovely Place! The ladies always smile when you walk in. Large ope space, low nail “smell” not strong at all.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went in for a gel manicure. The lady didn’t speak one word of English which is fine, but she didn’t listen to anything I said & my nails look awful. She started off by doing my nails with regular nail polish instead of gel and didn’t realize till we were almost done. I had been telling her during the whole process that they didn’t look right and something must be wrong but she ignored me. She later realized she wasn’t using gel nail polish and was embarrassed and quickly removed all the nail polish and started over with the correct gel like I asked for originally.She rushed through it, got nail polish all over my skin and when I told her it didn’t look good she grabbed my hand and said she’d “file it off” at the end… I said, “filing gel makes it chip and come off earlier.” And she didn’t say anything but just continued working. My nails look worse than what they’d look like of a child did them and I’m very frustrated. I was here for almost 3 hours and I am not happy at all with how my nails turned out.Service: ManicureI went in for a gel manicure. I went in for a gel manicure. The lady didn’t speak one word of English which is fine, but she didn’t listen to anything I said & my nails look awful. She started off by doing my nails with regular nail polish instead of gel and didn’t realize till we were almost done. I was told by the man working at the front to come back tomorrow because their busy !!!! Which is not good customer service being that I had to take time out of my day, to drive back to them and I responded No I will wait ! It’s the principle when it comes to running a business. Everyone was unapologetic and that’s just enough for me to no return. I would not recommend this nail salon to anybody on this earth !!!! #1 not only is the service poor quality the staffing is horrible as well I spent $120 to come back two days later for poor quality work.
