I have been seeing Kayla for several months for regular dip manicures. She is great! I have never had a nail lift or chip and can go 2-3 weeks between visits. Kayla does nail art, too, and is always learning techniques for the newest trends. I have also had pedicures here and have never been disappointed. The salon is always clean. Sally, who works the front desk, is very kind and helpful as well. I won’t go anywhere else!

I would give this salon 0 stars. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. This is a $40 pedicure. Regular polish. Ridiculous. The service here is horrible. I came in and asked for a mani – pedi , both gel. The front desk lady sat me down in one of the spa chairs and I waited for about a half hour until someone came and started on my pedicure. She was all done with cleaning and was about to start on the polish, still no one came for my manicure. I told her I won’t do gel anymore on my pedicure since it’s gonna take such a long time for everything to be done.(I was still waiting on someone to come for my manicure) after my pedicure was finished the manager/front desk lady came up to tell me that there are no technicians available for manicure and if I still want it? I said no, I left with just the regular pedicure, which was $40.. meanwhile, while I was getting my pedicure 3 ladies walked in and got technicians immediately. And there were plenty staff. They rather have you sit down and wait for hours then to let you know in the beginning that it’s gonna take a while. please take a look at the photo of the pedicure. I will never return to this place. Horrible service.

I have been going to this nail salon for 2 years, regularly! I have had a great experience until the last handful of times. I decided to give them one more chance because I actually work in Clearfork and it is convenient for me. However, while getting my new gel color I was not pleased. I chose a nice fall color, but the color that was applied was not the same as the sample color I chose. The names did match, but they were very different from each other after full application. I mentioned several times that it looked much different and was never offered a new color that matches better. So now I’m walking around in November looking like it’s July. I mentioned it to the front desk as well and was just told “thanks for letting me know.” Not to mention at least two of my fingers are burning, and inflamed from them catch my skin with clippers… which is typical from my experience but I’m just irritated now. Lol.

Today my daughter and I did a walk in trial at Villa Nail Salon at Shops of Clearfork in Fort Worth. Both my daughter and I had a classic pedicure and I also had my upper lip waxed. We were greeted professionally and were seated immediately upon choosing our nail polish color. My technician, Lena, was friendly and detailed in her approach for my pedicure. I have a left leg a bit shorter from a recent fall/pelvic breaks and Lena was extra careful to be sure I was comfortable.

I’ve been going to Villa Nail Salon for 3 years. I get dip manicures and gel pedicures every 2 weeks. The service, professionalism and quality is the best there is in Fort Worth. Everyone there is excellent at what they do! You can tell they are experienced and well trained. Johnny and Sally (the managers) is more than accommodating to the needs of the clients. Cody does the best manicures. He pays very close attention to detail.
