The absolute worst nail job I’ve ever gotten in my life. Not only were they rushing me, but my nails fell off four days after getting them done(I went Sunday). When I returned on Thursday after work they took an hour* to fix two of them, they did not even finish them because the guy did not know how to do flowers. He asked me to come the day after. I couldn’t make it Friday because after work my son was feeling sick so I just went home.The next day (Saturday morning) 2 more of my nails had fallen off. That day I went back and I very politely explained what happened and asked if I could just get my money back please because I didn’t have time to sit there for another hour+ on one of my only days off so they could do my nails. The lady said she would not return my money.

So, I had natural long nails. First time using this place. I wanted hombre nails. Every other salon uses a clear/white base powder. They didn’t and now after barely a week all my nails are breaking when I can usually go 4-6 weeks in between appointments.

Nope. She did a raggedy job of my pedicure. Callus treatment did nothing. I went home and redid the whole thing…and whatever ingrown toe nail they tried to take out they made it worse. Then they had kids running around bothering their mom who was working on someone else. I mean I go to places like this to relax not hear little kids running around being loud. Yeah I know I sound like I hate kids but come on…people go here to unwind.

I am not sure if the technician that did my nails was new, but this was the worst manicure/pedicure that I have had since living in Casa Grande for more than 12 years, she nicked my cuticle around my toe nail twice and it remained sore for the next two days. the cuticle around my fingernails became rough the next day; also the nail itself was rough around the edges. This was a total waste of money, the only thing that was done right was my eyebrows.

New to CG and looking for salon to repeat services. Vilago is 3rd place I’ve been for a pedicure. Hands down the best!! I was pampered and treated kindly. Had basic with callus remover for Xtra 5. Price was right and cheaper than other 2 places that didn’t do as good of a job. Seriously check this place out. I will go again and becoming a regular after my wonderful experience. think I’ll do a mani too next time. I review tough on businesses. Pleasantly surprised this salon made the 5 star list in my book. ☝️

Made appointments for me and my 90 year old mil to get mani and pedi. Sent us back to a chair and waited 55 minutes before anyone started on her feet. They gave walk-ins for manicures priority. APPOINTMENTS MEAN NOTHING!

Critical: QualityBEWARE!!! They are not to be trusted with a pedicure. The nail technician unnecessarily clipped the side of my toenail. She then tried to pull off the part she clipped by pulling roughly towards me causing extreme pain. When I stopped her, she said sorry but then continued to pull. I again stopped her however she pulled the nail and my skin off quickly causing more pain. Now my toe two days later is still bleeding and oozing.BEWARE!!! They are not to be trusted with a pedicure.
