The spa was very clean and serene really a nice place, the service for waxing was quick, pain free as possible i was very satisfied . Reason I’m giving 2 stars because of how my phone call was managed the Division and Western Ave was closed due to a street part/ carnival on my appointment date. So I was around the area already but I have to reroute I called to inform the spa on the closure of the main streets but I will be coming in few mins before my appointment time. I was literally around the hospital side street but the lady was rude and wasn’t friendly nor accommodating about the situation. Funny that they were not even aware of the street closure, this plus another phone call to book my appointment it was poor customer service call experience.. This wasn’t something I expected is it because I got a coupon for a service and they have to be rude on a call. Not par to my expectations!

I consistently have a great experience with Viktoria Spa. I’ve been coming here for years for waxing and skin care services. Scheduling is easy and my appointments happen promptly and efficiently. I feel cared for in such a kind, warm, and professional atmosphere. Cannot say enough amazing things about this place. I’ve had both their wax and facial services and both are wonderful. They are always so accommodating to my schedule and have fit me in last minute on a number of occasions. The facial was soothing and relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterwards. The wax was as painless as possible. Overall a very professional, cleanly, and comfortable environment. I unfortunately moved out of the state and have not been able to find as high quality a place since! Highly recommend!!

They are so nice, the place is so clean and they’re super friendly and accommodating. I’m giving 2 stars because I’m in serous pain after my wax. 0 stars for the actual wax, 4 stars for the staff and facility.
