Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI took my Mom, who’s in her early 80’s to Vikki’s for a much needed day of hair pampering. My Mom has not been anywhere in public since the beginning of this pandemic because she has major health concerns. Vikki scheduled her a private appointment when she first opened her salon for the day. Vikki’s Hair Studio takes every precaution to be COVID-19 compliant and we felt completely safe! Vikki greeted us at the door with her PPE on, we used hand sanitizer & she took our temperature. We were the only ones in the salon the entire time, wearing our masks the whole time. Vikki took her time with my Mom as she needs frequent breaks transitioning around the salon. I was so impressed and pleased with her patience and how she doted on my Mom, giving her a bottle of water and a snack and checking on how she was doing. We were there for over 2 hours so my Mom could get a perm, haircut, blow out and curl. The look on her face when she looked in the mirror was priceless! She was beaming!I highly recommend Vikki’s Hair Studio for their cleanliness, safety precautions and personal attention to her customers. We have been customers of hers for a very long time, but this frequent visit shows how much Vikki truly cares for her customers! Thank you Vikki for taking such great care of my Mom and making her feel beautiful again! I took my Mom, who’s in her early 80’s to Vikki’s for a much needed day of hair pampering. My Mom has not been anywhere in public since the beginning of this pandemic because she has major health concerns. The shop is clean and comfortable, Vikki goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, from the drinks and snacks, some that are home made to the reading material you feel like you are in your own home. With the COVID-19 Vikki has again out done herself to make you feel safe and secure with all safety measures possible.
