Had a young girl took long time and older lady was telling her next step.the lady finished. They turned out terrible. They look grown out some when I left.was there for 3 1/2 hrs, they also have ridges.I asked the girl if I was her 1st person she’s ever done. She said No but I think different. It was my birthday from my daughter. Worse job ever had won’t go back. Save your money go some where else.

Hi Marcia Maxson. I believe you are confusing Viking Nails with another nail salon. We only have two nail techs in our salon, and they are less than a year apart in age. We did not have your name in our appointment book, and none of our services take 3 hours. Please consider deleting your review if possible, it’s not fair to us to have a bad review accompanied by pictures of work that was not done by us. Thank you.

They were very friendly with me as well with their other 2 clients, they treated me like a frequent customer even though it was my first time going. I researched many nail salons in the area and I’m glad I went with them. I received a manicure & pedicure, I liked how during the process she asked if everything was looking good to me. An appointment is required. The girls are friendly and very good. Kimberly and Sally are sisters. They speak with their clients (not in their own language to each other like many other nail salon I have tried). They do great work. Thus is my favorite nail salon.

Called on short notice but got in . They didn’t understand how I wanted my nails done or what I wanted in general . Wanted the whole foot soak and hand soak experience but they cut my nails only and crooked on my feet and hands , didn’t smooth out the polish after applying it so it was jagged and I went home and had to re fix everything . There was mail polish left all over that they said will wash off … just overall a bad experience when I wanted to relax and make myself pretty … I won’t be going back
