Can I give zero stars? Made an appointment, confirmed appointment, had the right day and time, got down to the barbershop and it was CLOSED! Nobody there, no sign on the door,door locked…. who makes and confirms their appointments, but doesn’t open up for business? Who’s giving this place five stars? friends and family so we look good on Google or what? Not a way to run a business. Update: sign on door did not say “closed due to family emergency”‘ it said “Sorry, we’re closed”
