I spent 33 dollars on a great set! Love the prices and hours they have excellent movies constantly playing, the massage chairs felt like heaven, and I didn’t have an appointment but I only waited 30-40 minutes when they were fully busy and less staffed during the week. I can’t wait to come back and get a new color!!

My daughter called this morning to get information regarding prices, needing an appointment, etc. She was told that we didn’t need an appointment, walk-ins were welcome. So, it’s 10:30 am, we go and I’m signing us in for 2 full sets. The nail tech asked if we had an appointment, my daughter said no, then the nail tech laughed at us. We sat down, another woman came over, looked at us, spoke to the nail tech in another language, then looked at us and asked what we wanted. I stated 2 full sets and she then looked at us like we were stupid. She said that they did not have time today for 2 full sets. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Hands down best nail salon! We drive over 20 minutes to come here because they do a great job. Been going there for over 8 years. You do need to schedule an appointment for a weekend pedi or mani about a week in advance because they are always busy. Weekday appointments are easier to come by.

I’ve been looking for a new spot to get a mani pedi and relax. Vien nails is perfect. The staff are so nice and accommodating and the atmosphere is great overall. They have a good selection of polishes and the service was great. Definitely will go back Manicure

Have been here a few times, but their front customer service is less than enjoyable. I’ve gotten the hint that they don’t like walk ins, even though they say they are welcome. If you walk in, you wait forever, you feel like they are annoyed and get a rushed service. My schedule is very unpredictable so I’m unable to book well in advance so I often try to get in same day if available. So, I always call the morning of the day I’d like to try and come in a see if they even have time. If so, I’ll normally try to get an appointment on their books so that I have a slot. Well, I didn’t make an appt today or tomorrow bc of the conversation I had on the phone.

The salon should be inspected because the facility is dirty and the tools that were used were not cleaned after each use. The chairs are chewed up, the tables are gross and just overall unpleasant. The owner should invest in a makeover. I feel sorry for the workers working in a dirty environment and customers should beware. I do not recommend this establishment.

This place is absolutely amazing! I love the staff here and the prices are just as great! Even after I moved I still make the 40 minute drive because I just haven’t found a place that quite tops it! I am INCREDIBLY picky, always a hot mess and can’t pick a nail color to save my life. They are always so patient and kind with me even though I know I can be a difficult client sometimes! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Love it here!
