Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe worst experience I have very had. The nails where very clumpy. She put acrylic on until it dripped didn’t brother to check the length on each side or file down underneath the nail. They refused to remove them and was trying to have me sit down with the same lady. I refuse then they wouldn’t let my friend paid until I let someone fix them. The worst experience I have very had. The nails where very clumpy. She put acrylic on until it dripped didn’t brother to check the length on each side or file down underneath the nail. They refused to remove them and was trying to have me sit down with the same lady. I refuse then they wouldn’t let my friend paid until I let someone fix them. I came to this nail salon in April with my cousin and the guy there that did my nails did a amazing job. I just loved them. So I told my mom that I wanted her to come and do her nails with me at this place. My mom did not like what they did to her nails they messed the up. I did acrylic nails but the lady put powder on my nails and made them really thick and my nails where too boxed. I asked her to fix them cause when she finished I noticed that my nails where not filled the same, the nail polish was to thin. She started fixing them but she grabbed my hand to hard and when she used thw Machine she focused to put in part and it was heating up, hurting my nails. I got color changing nails, both pink and blue but the nail polish was to thin. If u feel like there hurting u tell them to be careful. And if u do go I recommend the guy that works there his job is amazing and does great designs. I paid to much just to not get a great job and get hurt in the process

I’ve given this place 2 chances but their pedicures are horrible my feet already in the worst condition they ever have been in they don’t remove the dead skin or cuticles they just make it look pretty so they can take your money! As for the dipped nails It’s always uneven and my last dip started chipping on the 2nd day !! I went back and they fixed 4 nails that where chipping but a week later all the rest of my nails are chipping and now my thumb nail is paper thin and the dip basically is crumbling off of my nails. Everytime I come I spend over $100 here so I don’t understand why it seem they are using cheap products. I have been getting dips for 2 years and have never had a dip crumble off my nail!! I won’t be back

I went here ONLY because my normal place was closed for a funeral and I didn’t know that. So I came here on a whim. It looked super nice and smelled amazing. But I felt rushed big time. The girl who did my nails I think was Vie …she was constantly on the phone talking about some “business plan”. The massage on my legs was not comfortable, and even parts of it hurt a little. Single handed and rough and just terrible. I don’t think she did the best job trimming my cuticles either. When I got home to look closer they looked terrible. Then my nails…gel manicure. Again. Felt even more rushes this time around because a client of hers that she called “mama” came in and she felt the need to rush through me to go take care of this lady. She halfassed my cuticle trimming and then when it came to the polish she didn’t cover my whole nail, like it looks like I need a fill. It’s terrible. I will NEVER come here again and I suggest yall do your research research read reviews before. I wish I did. 3.5 stars foe a reason. I gave 2 stars simply for the appearance and smell. It smelled amazing and was clean and nice. Worst 83 dollars I’ve ever spent on myself.

I really loved it! I have been to so many nail salons in the area and I really enjoyed my visit! She was kind, friendly, and my nails turned out beautifully! I had 2 that had fallen off from a previous fill, and it cost me $35 for a gel fill, Which was worth it to me. I definitely recommend this salon! It’s new, the equipment and building are new and clean, it’s tidy and professional and the ladies are as well. They are friendly but not too chatty and I was able to just relax. It didn’t feel like a chore to get my nails done like it has in the past. I really appreciated the service! Thank you!

I had appointment at 12:00 and at 11:55 yen called to tell me she was running late, about 15 to 20 minutes. So I waited in my car 20 minutes went in and it was a walk in she was doing a fill on that had gotten there a little Before my appointment at 12:00. Then I waited another 25 minutes for her to finish the walk ins fill. Then she does my fill in 25 minutes, doesn’t clean up under the nail and charges me $35.00. So customers that make appointments are not valued or their time. No prices posted either. If you got time and money to waste this is the shop for you !!

Every time I come, they are welcoming, friendly, have an open spot for me, and do a great job on my pedicure! It’s always a relaxing spa-like experience because they give great leg massages, have tranquil music playing, and overall provide great customer service.

I came in with a simple design and she kept saying “ yeah similar” then halfway into the full was told no, but thought okay maybe she can’t do it so when I went to pick a color she told me no again because it was “too light” so just got a clear coat. The whole place was unsanitary she used an already used nail file and the cleaner they were using wasn’t closed or properly taken care of. She also cut me multiple times and focused the electric drill on specific parts which led me getting burnt. I’m now $70 out and so severely unpleased I wish I could get a refund. I’m really upset because I am a cosmetologist and you learn how to properly clean, sanitize, and disinfect when you’re in school and they didn’t do a single thing to make me feel comfortable or like anything was clean.
