I called early in the morning for an appointment. The lady on the phone said they don’t take appointments and walk-ins are only allowed. I came in with my two sons for them to get a haircut. We were never acknowledged. They took the people that came after us and still didn’t acknowledge us.

The staff are friendly and professional. My 5 year old son( w/ Autism) refused to get his haircut. The noise was too much. He also never liked the barbers. My son immediately took to the woman barber. She made him feel comfortable and she let him know exactly what she was going to do. Each time. I was so impressed with my son and the woman barber, I had tears in my eyes. It was such a beautiful thing to see the trust they both established in a matter of minutes. ❤❤❤❤
