Vida Himalayan Salt Therapy & Spa is the only premier facility in Tyler Texas offering holistic, drug free natural salt therapy also known as halotherapy. Halotherapy is a safe and effective way to promote better breathing and healthier skin, simultaneously helping alleviate a wide range of respiratory and skin conditions. Vida’s main salt room’s walls and floor are completely covered with Himalayan salt, creating a relaxed atmosphere that customers can relax and reap the benefits of the micro breathable salt particles in the air being dispersed by our medical grade halo generator that patients breathe during a relaxing 45-minute session. Salt Therapy is available by single session, multi-visit packages, as well as monthly memberships

Salt Pilates
Join us for a one-of-a-kind rejuvenating 90 minute experience inside the salt room. 60 minutes of pilates 30 minutes of guided foot reflexology with essential oils plus Halotherapy. Thursday evenings at 6pm Saturday mornings at 8am		$45.00
Sound Therapy
A sound bath uses musical instruments to create a relaxing experience. Benefits include relaxation, stress reduction, and improved sleep. Sound baths typically last for 60 to 90 minutes and are guided by a trained instructor. To check for upcoming scheduled classes, visit vidasaltroom.com		$35.00
Private Events
You can rent the salt room for $150/hour. The room seats 10 adults in zero gravity chairs. Children 12yrs and under are free. Small rugs can be provided for those who’d like to sit or lay on the salt floor. For more information, visit VidaSaltRoom.Com		$150.00
Organic Facials
The difference between an organic facial and a regular facial is the ingredients. Everything is applied in the same manner, and your skin will look amazing after, but organic facials use natural products to achieve the same effect as a regular facial. Halotherapy session is included with service.		$65.00
60 Minute Massage
A massage therapist performs therapeutic massages on clients to improve circulation, promote relaxation, and relieve stress, pain, and injuries. Included with your service: Hot Stones Hot Towels Aromatherapy A complimentary Halotherapy (Salt Room) session after your massage.		$95.00
