First time going there and it was HORRIBLE! i went to get a simple acrylic set, the shape is wrong, the length is wrong, the person who did the acrylic got it alllll over my fingers and under my nails and dropped nail glue on my phone. the person who files the nails cut 5 of my fingers at the cuticle completely around and their license is 2 years expired (as of 2022). The nails are all different shapes and filled with bubbles. When I came back to file a complaint the same day they basically dismissed me and gave me a $20 voucher which isn’t even half of what I paid and that I won’t use. I’ve never had such a bad experience. I would give zero stars if I could. I’m Never coming here again and I’m filing a complaint to the DOL. Very unprofessional.

This is my second time coming. First experience wasn’t that great so I thought about a second try. #1 pedicure for my mother and I, shellac manicures for us both too. I Pay lessback at Seattle and better treatment. They seem to rush you in and out and don’t care about cleaning the nails up from overspill polish. I’m disappointed that my nails are messed up and my fingers are not all square but some are rounded.

Went here the first time a couple weeks ago, I’m never going anywhere else again! I live 15 mins away from here but went out of my way because of the reviews and pictures they uploaded. Had to see for myself, and they really do an impeccable job! Brittany has done my nails both times, and has done fantastically! Well priced and a welcoming environment.

I’m on the fence. Initially my nails looked fantastic, but a week later they looked rough. The powder was applied so heavily that my nails were thick and started lifting at the cuticles in less than a week. This was not a cheap service. Usually this kind of manicure at other salons lasts 3 weeks or more. I think if you keep an eye on what the tech is doing, you will get a nice result.

I had a fill and my daughter a full set gel. For my nails I asked black with foil over it the way she has a design it ain’t came up like the design it was horrible so she just left and black on my daughter horrible colored it looks like she has bubblegum on her tips that’s how lumpy and disgusting they look. never going back Nail designs

The lady who did my nails did a pretty good job. There was a couple things that I didn’t like first was the shape of the nails are all different second was that when she glued the acrylic or the the nail onto my finger she didn’t measure to make sure they were the right size so I have a couple that were bigger than my finger then after that there’s two of them that are crooked the size on each nail is different from left and right hand and the last thing is that when she was done I did a test to see how sharp they are and I showed her that they were sharp enough to leave scratch marks on my arm and I needed them to be filed down so that they wouldn’t be sharp I work with elderly people and I can’t have my nails scratching them and so she filed them down for a quick second and then she said oh you’re all good so I came home and I put on a top coat on the edges and got rid of the sharpness. I will not be going here again and I recommend you don’t either!
