My masseuse Seenaa was absolutely amazing. Attentive, intuitive, the right amount of pressure to work out all the knots and tightness I had in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend requesting her for your appointment. The space is soothing, clean, and uses quality lotion. I have sensitive skin and I did not become irritated in any way.

I booked my first half Thai half hot stone massage with Datsany today and truly enjoyed that experience! She was very attentive as to the amount of pressure she applied throughout our session, asked questions whenever she noticed that she hit a sore spot, and got me to relax so much that I came really close to falling asleep. One of the best massages I have ever had. I will book again!

I was trying to find a place that was more local to my home. I go and get a massage quite frequently. Was my first time going there to Vida and the experience was not good. Several times I asked the gal to go harder and she told me know then gave me a lecture, while massaging me, about how I need to reflect on what in my life could be causing me to not be able to properly feel my massage. Bananas! I will not be returning.

10/10 experience! Vida was kind enough to adjust my massage to my needs as I accidentally chose the wrong one. She listened and provided! I’d definitely recommend it and that won’t be my last visit for sure 🙂

My boyfriend and I scheduled a couples massage to celebrate our birthdays this month. It was our first time going to Vida Bodywork. Vida was so helpful with getting out massage scheduled. Upon arriving we were surprised with a bottle of Champaign and a sweet bakery treat to bring home and celebrate our birthdays. Such a sweet gesture! The massage therapists were so professional and we both thoroughly enjoyed our massages. We did a two hour massage with hit stones, it was so relaxing. We will most certainly be going back! I would highly recommend Vida Bodywork!

My partner and I have been to Vida Bodywork multiple times for separate and couples massages and have never been disappointed! It’s nice to have a spot where you can guarantee an amazing massage every time. The atmosphere is relaxing and breathable and the music is calming, creating a really peaceful experience all around. It’s also surprisingly so quiet being it’s right on Lake Street. Vida and Datsany were outstanding at our last couples massage, too. They are very professional and skilled here. Definitely would recommend them and this spot to anyone and everyone 🙂

My wife and I had a couple’s massage on our anniversary and it was a great experience. We were able to receive different services and we enjoyed our masseuses. Very professional and felt calm and relaxed. My only critique is I wish walls went to the ceiling. I heard the person in the next room coughing multiple times and then paying in the reception area. But we will be booking again!
