I absolutely love this salon and everyone’s work. I come all the way from Long Island, NY for the stylist Juliana . She’s been my stylist for a few years now and she never misses. I only really color my entire hair once a year and go back for maintenances and she always pays attention to every detail of my hair. She concerns herself with the integrity of my hair, conditioning it, making sure when I put my hair up that my hair looks evenly colored all around (which is not common) and overall making sure I like the work that was done. She’s never let me leave unless I am fully satisfied. I’ve gone for other services such as blowouts, cuts, hair and conditioning masks and always super happy with the work. Recommended her to all my friends, family and strangers. If you’re thinking about trying a new salon, this salon is it!

I’m sharing this experience because while I hope all is well with the girls, I had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday which was confirmed via text and email, as is usual. However, when I showed up for my 10 a.m. appt, the salon was closed and empty. I waited outside, expecting someone to open business, but nothing. I called, left a voice-mail indicating that I was there and then left about 15 minutes later. They are typically open on Saturdays as per their hours on the door, so I found it very strange that no one, not even other clients, were showing up. I’m guessing there was an emergency and they forgot to cancel my appointment? No idea. I did get a phone call on Monday which I could not answer at the time, but there was no message left. So, I don’t know what happened. Again, I hope that all is well and I’ve never, ever had a bad experience with anyone here, but this just didn’t seem right.
