Went to see Laura at the recommendation of a friend. Laura actually listens and asks questions so she is clear about what you are looking for. She mentioned that she’s been doing this for 30 years. You can tell by the way she’s organized and the way she handles herself. Best experience I have ever had. The place is real nice and i read some other reviews where others said it felt like home. I can honestly say for moment I forgot I was in a salon. Go see Laura, I promise you wont be disappointed. Five Stars for this lady. Bravo Laura; keep up the great work; I’ll be back.

I showed up at the salon at 2:30 pm. I wanted my highlights retouched and to have more highlights put in. I made it known that I was trying to grow my hair long and I had no desire to have a cut. After spending 3 hours having my hair foiled I was sat under a dryer for about an hour. Then came the rinsing. HALF of my hair broke off. She had to clean the drain twice. She then proceeds to brush my hair and while brushing, more of my hair broke off, a lot of it broke at the root, in LARGE CHUNKS. So, after all the breakage she proceeds with toner. And then I am sat in the chair, looking at all the damage, after breaking a good two thirds of my hair, I realize that it has to be cut. So now after having hair that was well below my shoulders, I have an inverted bob with only blondish highlights on the top due to all the breaking. I left the salon at 9pm with broken and soft/melted hair. I don’t even know where to go or how to have this corrected. This salon came recommended by a friend, however I am now convinced that the owner (who is the one that did my hair) has no real idea how to do anything but maybe simple color and cuts. I’m beyond disappointed and I will be filing a complaint with the state in hopes that this does not happen to others.
