I like this place for getting my nails and pedicure done. Customer service is great and they maintain the place clean and hygiene. Their price of services as very reasonable compared to other near by places. They have got many nice color options for both pedicure and manicure. Not very expensive. Since this place is located in the neighborhood, I always prefer to go here. Appointments are easily available and attend the guests without any waiting time. Reschedule of appointments are done easily. They are very much customer friendly. I like their reward system.

Made an appointment for 12:30. Showed up on time, if not early. The manager barely batted an eye, gave me a seat, then started working on the woman that showed up after me. After waiting 20+ minutes, I decided not to hang around. Why bother making an appointment? Gel manicures

I absolutely recommend this place because the nail technicians are very nice and know what they are doing. Although they take a little long to soak off your previous set, the first set of nails lasted me 7 weeks without a re fill and the price i paid was 42$ (black set) which i got done for homecoming and was very pleased. A few days back i went again to get a new winter set and they did it beautifully, (blue set). They have a great array of Nail colors and Gems and finishes to get it in whether its matte or chrome. They might take a little long to do the set but when it its finished, its highly worth it. Their prices for teens are 30$ for a refill and 40$ for a new gel set and 5$ for any and all artwork. 2 gems for 1$. For adult the nail art and gem price is the same but refill is 40$ and new set is 60$.

This might just be my new favorite nail salon! I had an inspiraction photo n Jina made my nails identical to the picture!!! I am Soo happy with the way they came out n the way she did them! She was so gentle n didn’t dremmel my nails Everytime she needed to file them which I was soo happy about bc I always get cut on 1 finger from that thing n Anna filled my nails in the beginning to soak them off n she did great with the dremmel as well to not hurt me! And they have a rewards program!!!

This nail salon is very hit or miss, depending on who you have. There’s one manicurist named Lettie (or Letty) who always has an attitude and does NOT do a good job even when you are specific on what you want and is rough (she has cut my fiancé’s toe in the past). Always ask their name if not wearing a name tag or request a specific person like Anna or Yolanda who are actually great. They have a point system which gets you free services, but it’s $1 for every 1 point so you’ll need to spend a few hundred to get something that’s worth spending your points on. They get very busy so it’s always good to call for an appointment or even call to give them a heads up that you want to come in soon-ish. Overall, experience is just okay – again depending on who you have doing the service.

I moved to the area recently and my friend recommended this place. My first time was not bad so I went a second and third time. My second and third time were both a bad experience, but I thought may be they had a bad day so I scheduled another appointment for today. I will not go here again. The second time I went I asked the lady to cut my nails short and she only filed them and I went asked again she gave me an attitude. I let that one go. Third appointment I had 5 people work on my pedicure alone. That’s not normal. In between people there were 5-10 min gaps. I get that they were really busy but I had an appointment so what’s the point of calling ahead and scheduling an appointment? I should have not scheduled another appointment but I really wanted to give them a last chance. Today I was told to go in at 930 am even though on Google they open at 945. No one opened the place. I was there till 1005 and no one was there. There were 3 other ladies there with the 930 appointments. Really unprofessional and unacceptable. Critical: Quality, ValueFirst and last time at this place, I was there for 2 hours just for a dip fill which has never taken more then an hour 15 tops, the lady I had couldn’t file my nails properly at all I had to file my own. I have came in with 1 broken nail and another that had a tip( the rest were my nails) she told me she had to remove the tip I had in in order to take off the dip (not true most places file it down) and she tried to charge me for the new tip she put on! The broken on I get but not the one I already had a tip on! First and last time at this place, I was there for 2 hours just for a dip fill which has never taken more then an hour 15 tops, the lady I had couldn’t file my nails properly at all I had to file my own. This place is really nice and organized. The employees are nice and good with all the things they do. Prices are good too. They aren’t too expensive and not too cheap. Their material is good as well. I got my homecoming nails done and here and they lasted for 6 weeks which is really good. The wait may be too long sometimes but they still try to do their best to give their customers good service. Another thing is, the soaking takes too long when getting a new set which is annoying because I’m impatient but after it’s done they give you exactly what you want. I recommend this place because you will get addicted once they do your nails.
