Came in for a new set and polish change on my toes and probably won’t be back ever. I asked for a very simple set even pointed at the colors I wanted and ended up with different colors all together! I was so frustrated after being there for 3 HOURS I just wanted to get out of there. Not to mention they said the reason it wasn’t right was because the employee “didn’t speak English” yet she was told several times by the manager or owner exactly what I was getting.

The space was clean and orderly. The service needs IMMENSE improvement. Helen rushed through my super deluxe pedicure and basic manicure. I also paid an extra $5 for a hot stone massage that was little more than slightly warm stones being lazily rubbed on your skin. There was no massage. All my nails are now bubbling because she glopped too much polish on, there is extra polish around my fingers, and there are spots missed on my cuticles making them look ragged. My manicure is also so sloppy you can see the color differences where she slapped the second coat down haphazardly. Overall I’m not impressed and won’t be returning here again.

I paid for a shellac and it came off in 3 days in March 2017. Went back to the nail salon and the nail tech only fixed 4 of my nails after I told her that I was there just 3 days ago. 2nd bad experience was May 13 2017. I went in for a mani/pedi. Tracy did a great job until she painted my nails with the wrong top coat. My nails were sticky and would not dry (she put the wrong top coat on my nails). I gave them a chance to fix them. Tracy and another nail tech removed my polish and put on a new polish. I told them that I could see the first polish under the new polish and I did not like the way it looked. Tracy and some of the other techs tried to fix it but could not get all of the orange polish off. All they had to do was remove the polish again and fix my nails BUT they didn’t. Finally another tech comes and clips some more of my cuticles (on my feet) she never tried to fix my hands and pats my leg like that was all that she could do. My nails were painted so bad. I was very upset because I got my nails done for mothers day! Their customer service is okay but when I have a problem with their work they never fix my nails right. I will never go back to this nail salon. I am a good customer and I always tip. All I wanted was what I paid for. They also made me pay full price for their bad service.

Benson and Layla are sensational nail professionals. I was so lucky to find Benson for my nails as I’ve been to several nail shops in the League City area and the quality of work was lacking. I explained to Benson that I have a few issues with a couple of my natural nails and he took care of me. I am glad that the “hunt” for an “exceptional” nail care professional is over. Come and see Benson for your nail services. You will not regret. Layla is sweet as pie and does great pedicures. Honestly, the staff in here is just wonderful. I always call and schedule an appointment! Be mindful that this nail salon is busy and can get very busy because they provide excellent service. For those who walk in please understand that you may have to wait for service as you did not have an appointment. 🙂 Love it here and will not go anywhere else. — Also, zero lifting and long lasting color = quality product and services! I wouldn’t recommend this place. DISGUSTED by Lisa’s attitude. I was the only customer in the salon and I asked her to fix a nail she grabbed my hand and starting harshly filing my nail, I’d understand if I was being unruly but it was a simple fix and it’s not like someone else was waiting. NEVER COMING BACK
