Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismLove this salon!! I’m very particular & always find something that can be improved but not with this salon. I read another review about a stylist named Jess which made me nervous when she was my stylist & she did exactly what the other reviewer said and asked another stylist (also named Jess) which products she would use to achieve what I wanted BUT I’m in love with my hair. I realized I appreciated her getting a 2nd opinion (which is what’s recommended in many aspects of life), it’s like they had a design meeting and collaborated just for me plus they were agreeing vs it being like she was training or something. Since then I’ve recommended this salon to my mother-in-law (harder to please than me) who hasn’t been able to stop talking about how much she loved the cut & price. I also made an appointment for my husband so I don’t have to cut his hair in our kitchen! Normally he’d make an appointment at a barber shop, would still have to wait and wouldn’t get shampooed (let alone insight on what type of products he should use). MaryAnn also recommended somewhere for me to get lunch to take advantage of my mommy alone time. Love love love this salon!Love this salon!! Love this salon!! I’m very particular & always find something that can be improved but not with this salon. I read another review about a stylist named Jess which made me nervous when she was my stylist & she did exactly what the other reviewer said and asked another stylist (also named Jess) which products she would use to achieve what I wanted BUT I’m in love with my hair. Found Victory in my search to get my hair cut after months of neglect. Used their website bios to see which stylist would work best for me. Prior to cutting, Cindy listened to my wants and concerns, told me things about my hair that no one has ever done and made suggestions to hide my flaws. She is so good at what she does I recommend her to everyone!
