Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDON’T DO IT!!!!!!!!The lady told me one price and charge me another price when they were done braiding my hair which was higher. They can’t do cornrows. This place is horrible they not right if u reading this please don’t go there because it’s all about money not quality. They didn’t do my hair like the picture I showed them then I told them one length and they done them longer and tried to charge me for the length she decided I should have I can go on and on because i pay u to do what I ask u to do to my hair terrible. DON’T DO IT!!!!!!!!The lady told me one price and charge me another price when they were done braiding my hair which was higher. They can’t do cornrows. This place is horrible they not right if u reading this please don’t go there because it’s all about money not quality. Terrible service won’t be returning. They told me one price over the phone and up the price at check out. I twist my hair all the time never does it take me six hours. They talk like they haven’t seen each other in years. Stayed on the phone she couldn’t twist my hair without being on the phone saying it’s from Africa I have to make this call. They don’t really speak good English so it was hard to understand them. I wanted to get a braid style with a color that they didn’t supply so I had to purchase hair myself I bought hair that wasn’t the brand they use and they became very frustrated and rude to me. Very rude the Energy was off when I walked in the day before and ask if they did a particular hairstyle with braids. They don’t really speak good English so it was hard to understand them. I wanted to get a braid style with a color that they didn’t supply so I had to purchase hair myself I bought hair that wasn’t the brand they use and they became very frustrated and rude to me. At first I gave this place off five star review but and I went there three times already but every time I go there they always not ready. Tell you didn’t come in at 9 she’s not there tell you a price on the phone and the price is wrong. I will not be going back there again I will not get my hair braided and I will find someone else to braid my hair. If they didn’t want to braid my hair they should have said so plus I gave good tips

I made an appointment last week for 9am on the 29th. I left my name & number in the appointment book. Got to the shop at about 850am on the 29th & no one was there. Called the shop 5 times, no answer or return call. Sat outside until 930am… Nothing & nobody! I won’t waste my time coming here again because the least they could have done was call to see if I could come in later or at lease call & let me know that they weren’t gonna be there on time for my appointment.

She asked if I needed my hair washed and I told her I washed my hair 2 days ago so she said yeah you need washed hair. Don’t know what kind of shampoo she used, but she used no conditioner and then sat me under the dryer for 20-30 minutes and my hair felt hard afterwards. And then sat me in her chair and just started doing micro braids on my hard hair and very tight with no conditioner used at all, two worked on my hair so it was done in 4 hours. Lasted 6 weeks in between taking them down I thought conditioning my hair while in the braids would help prevent any breakage but I was wrong. My hair came out in multiple spots to where I had to cut all my hair because it was so uneven after taking these down. Mind you I took my time and condition my hair to make taking them down what was suppose to been less harsh on my hair. Never again…make sure you tell them no to washing your hair and even still going here is at your own risk. Lesson learned

If you have all day sure go. I came from out of town visiting I am use to my braids taking 5 hours. This here I’m into almost 7 hrs I missed things I had planned. For a Wooping $180. I could have waited to go back to Houston for $160 and 5 hours
