I arrived there around 4:30pm on a Saturday. There were only 2 nail techs and 1 person doing pedicures. They all had customers. I only needed my eyebrows waxed and was asked to wait. I waited about 15minutes. Then I was called the waxing room . She did an okay job. I was not overly satisfied but no real reason to complain.

The people are extremely friendly but my nails were so rushed like they had something better to do and the gel started chipping within the week. Also my finger was cut very badly and painted right over, it looked ridiculous. I have been going here for a long time but recently very disappointed in the quality. Sadly wouldn’t recommend.

Critical: QualityVery rushed …he left sores on both of my feet from scrubbing to hard and mani was very disappointing, he didn’t cut all my cuticles I was bleeding on 2 fingers. Should have just saved my $$ and did my own. On the plus side they were very good about PPE protection.

OK place, did a nice job. Nothing to brag about. I asked for a sparkly firework design on my big toes only, it ended up looking like a drop of paint on my toe. The SMELL of the chemicals they use to disinfect is choking fumes. Its hard to breath because it was so hot and theres no circulating air in the establishment. I will not be going back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I have tried a handful of nail salons and couldn’t find any that I was thrilled with. Well I went here and Phillip did my nails…he is amazing. I didn’t even realize what a difference it would make to have your nails a certain thickness in different spots and how far they come out on the sides. HUGE difference, they look so natural and fitting to my fingers! I have found my nail salon and won’t be going anywhere else.

Ive been to Victorious twice, first for a gel pedicure and later for a gel refill and i have to say that this salon has a fantasic atmosphere thats highlighted by a wonderful and polite staff. I really appreciate a great salon staff and they are fantastic for not only having great customer service smiles and attitudes but also for their professional nail finishes. Id recommend Victorious to everyone especially for weddings!
