Went to get a certain color on my hair, 2 different colors and Megan Kill was very confident that she could do it. She asked to see the picture again before she mixed the colors and well 3hrs later my hair looks NOTHING like what I went in for. I was charged $125 for a color I didn’t want. Will not be visiting here again.

We love Betsy! In addition, this place is conveniently located by the interstate. You can walk in for a cut or color. They do an amazing job with color, very reasonable and doesn’t damage your hair also last very long time. Highly recommend.

I called and stopped in the day before and was told 80.00 for all over color and cut…..I show up earlier this evening and the same girl that met with me for the consult and appointment for tonight was there and cut 2 inches off before any coloring. She has a bowl of color with only enough to do a retouch of roots and does that….then explains she has to get more color for the all over……I said ok. I go to leave and she tells me its 95.00 in a matter of fact tone while not making eye contact with me. I said you told me 80.00 just yesterday……she said….”yes i know they told you that but its 95.00, I had to get another bowl of color” I course she did her first bowl was just the contents of a re-touch…..she knew that…..anyways, I paid her 95.00 and gave no tip. The sad thing is I’ll never be back, since I have been home……2 neighbors have been informed and 1 friend that has called this evening……all of us live within 15 minutes of this salon………so to get an extra 15.00 this place lost a return customer and now I am obligated to tell others……what a stupid business concept…….really!?!
