Took three little girls in for gel manicures. Called the night before for pricing. Was specifically told 10$ plus 8$ for gel. She tried charging me 90$!!! I said something and after some arguing on my part she agreed to give me the set price. Won’t be coming back though. Trying to take advantage of the customer. Definitely not good business!!!

No one in the salon knew how to do cats eye (don’t sell it if you can’t provide it), so they took turns screwing it up. UV Gel mani was horrendous: bumpy, uneven and so thick! With so many choices in the area we won’t be going back here. Pedicure, Manicure

Have always enjoyed gel manicures here with Emma. Came on Thursday afternoon for a dip powder manicure. Experience was good. By Saturday the dip powder was cracking on my nails. I went in on Monday and showed Emma what my nails looked like and she said to call to make an appointment to get them fixed. I called Monday night and went in on Tuesday afternoon. The tech that completed the manicure on Thursday was working on my nails again. She said I should have done more coats of dip powder. I told her I didn’t do the nails and don’t know how many coats is appropriate. I told her to please take the dip powder off. Which she did leaving my nails rough and broken with bleeding cuticles. I went to leave and they said sorry. No offer to refund the $48 for the dip powder manicure. I will not be back and do not recommend this nail salon.

Excellent! Have been.going since last summer. One of the many things I love is their consistency!! Same high level of service every time! One thing I noticed about other salons is they take their long term customers for granted and start to skimp on their services. Victoria’s is consistent. The girls are super nice. The salon is clean and they do a fabulous job!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been to this nail salon on several occasions in the past. I want to start from a positive perspective before highlighting my concerns. The salon is nicely decorated, and the atmosphere, for the most part, is serene. However, I have observed that they tend to cater more to their white clientele than those of color; and when I say a person of color, I mean precisely a black person. For example, each time I have gone there, I have noticed that they will allow their white clientele the opportunity to complete their service and then ask for payment. Before they even put the nail polish on my nails or toes, they ask me to pay first. The managers also seem to welcome their white clientele with a big bright smile. When I have walked into their salon, their greeting appeared to be more forced or flat-out disingenuous. I have also noticed that when a white person enters the salon, the managers and their staff flock to them like “mice to cheese!”One of the reasons why I began attending this salon was because I wanted to support a minority-owned business that is located in a predominantly white community. However, it became glaringly apparent that their feelings towards their black clientele were not mutual. Due to the concerns outlined above, I will no longer utilize their service, nor would I recommend that another person of color do the same.I have been to this nail salon on several occasions in the past. The salon is nicely decorated, and the atmosphere, for the most part, is serene. Customer service is excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, caring, and skilled at what they do. There are several salons in the area and this one stands out due to its high standards. We got the spa pedicure. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!!
