It is hard to trust your hair to a new stylist, especially as a blonde, but I want to ease any hesitation you might have and tell you to book with Rachel right now! You will not be disappointed! I have been seeing Rachel for 4+ years and am always in awe of the magic she creates with my hair. I normally give her a basic idea of what I’m looking for and she nails it every time. I have since moved to Sacramento, but I still drive to have Rachel do my hair because she is that good! Whatever your hair needs are, Rachel’s your girl!

Victorias is BEYOND amazing! I go to Kim for my hair but honestly my experience with all the stylists has been nothing but exceptional! From the receptionist to the entire team they are so supportive of each other and taking care of clients! The salon experience is truly elevated here and you feel it from the second you walk in the door! Amazing atmosphere, relaxing vibes, and truly unparalleled service on every level! I got the wash, haircut, blowdry and styling done, everything in $75. The best part i like about the salon is no surprise charges once you get there, they abide by what they already clearly mentioned. Amazing staff, great haircut, friendly and talented stylists, they just know their work and art. Definitely Going back again to try some hairstyles and colors.

The salon is so pretty and relaxing it’s just fun to be there and the front desk ladies were nice and welcoming. I got a hair cut by Claudia that I’m very happy with. She was sweet and knowledgeable and really asked thoughtful questions to make sure I was getting what would work for my hair. l will definitely be going back!

This is a wonderful salon located in the heart of downtown Pleasanton! The ambiance inside is elegant and all of the stylists are kind and friendly. This past visit, I received a foilyage and cut with Claudia to lighten up my look and accentuate my curls. My hair looks SO good! Claudia listened to what I wanted and then blew me away with the end product over-exceeding my expectations. She even helped me pick hair products that would fit my newly embraced curls.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI took off work an hour early for a haircut. I hit bay area traffic and was going to be 10 minutes late for a 4 pm haircut. I called and told them. They told me I would have to reschedule and the earliest was a week away. I will take my business elsewhere. I have been to the establishment about 6 times before. Very disappointing.
