The worst nail spa ever. RUDE employees and overpriced. I had a cut and told them multiple times not to touch it, they still kept on touching it. They were talking about us in their language, I used a translator app. They rushed this and over charged me and had the audacity to ask for a tip. The shape is un even and bulky. There’s another nail spa at green acres, I recommend that one. The pictures I’m adding are my nails that cost 80$

I’ve been going to this location with my daughter since she was 5 years old to go mommy and daughter spa days. I went yesterday, 8.17, and the service just gets worse and worse. My daughter is a child and they tried to charge me the adult price! In addition, the gel manicure and pedicure are so rushed that it appears as if it’s just cuting down nails, filing, and polish on. I still have dead flesh left on my fingers. Also, Nail polish is missing on my fingers and toes. After spending $100 it was like I’m begging them to fix my polish as if they’re doing me a favor. This is supposed to be customer driven and it’s not. I’m highly do not recommend this location as you don’t get what you pay for! It’s all rushed and just trying to get to the next person! Highly dissatisfied with my experience!

After one week of getting a gel fill in, the whole gel filling came off. Went back and was asked to produce a receipt which I did not have. Told them the date and time of my service and pointed to the person who did it. I was told to wait as he was servicing another customer. A few moments later another tech comes to help. She’s very rude and nasty. I’m telling her the number of the polish I used and totally disregarded me and proceeds to paint a color that she chose. This color is several shades darker than my original color. Overall the staff here is very friendly, however the b&&ch who sits in the second row to the left on the end with glasses as you walk in is another issue. Thank you to the other tech who was very apologetic and helpful.

Awful , how is this place in business still is beyond me. If you can avoid this please do my lord it’s horrible. I mean first I asked for just a nail trim and they tell me “$5-$10” which was fine. Then the man persuaded me into a full manicure which would only be “$15” so I thought. Then I get in the chair with a lady who had no clue what she was doing I mean my nails look horrible right now. She asked me if she could put on “clear color” to make “nail look nice” so I said I guess you can. I get to check out after watching how unsanitary this place is to be rung up $30 which is 2x the price I was told. Awful awful awful ! Scammers!!

I have not visited in a while and after today’s visit this was my last time. I observed while getting a pedicure, they do not clean the foot tub at all, just put in a new liner. The bathroom looks like a public rest stop bathroom. They use the same gloves, and you need to ensure the equipment is clean and sanitized thoroughly.

I have been going to them for a few years now and they always take care of me. I only go to a few of the nail techs because they know my preferences after all these years. My nails usually last 2 weeks to a month before I have to go back again.

The Spa Pedicure was PURE HEAVEN. John was AMAZING and took his time with an exquisite leg massage. It was totally blissful and relaxing. A must every 2 weeks. After shoveling snow for hours I was rejuvenated.

I repeatedly told them I wanted a basic pedicure and they kept trying to give me a gel spa pedicure. 4 seperate times I told them what I wanted, he tried to act like he didn’t speak English and then charged me for a spa pedicure. He broke one of my toe nails and tried to cover it up and made the edges to sharp. Then they said if I refuse to get a gel pedicure and the polish gets messed up they won’t fix it, they only fix gel now. I was charged $60 for horrible rude service and sharp toe nails. Never again. I should have just waited until my usual spot was open.
