By far the quickest pedicure I’ve ever had. Was being up sold constantly when I said I wasn’t interested. For thirty dollars I should be in that seat for at least twenty minutes. I think she was done in about ten to fifteen. Everything was rushed I feel because I didn’t want to spend extra for all the bells and whistles. I’ll stick to my cheaper but more attentive spot locally

I’m so over this place in the beginning of the month I went to get my nails done they were getting ok.. but one of them popped off so I went first thing in the morning and the host gave me such a hard time she was trying to explain to me that there was no one to do my nails (because I probably wasn’t getting a full set) but I spent 70 dollars already the day before , I basically had to tell her I’m not leaving without getting my nail fixed .. the lady who did my actual nail was pleasant and I tipped her for I guess the “inconvenience” they made me feel. I’ve been going to this nail salon since I was a highschooler I’m over the treatment that I consistently get from the establishment to the point I legit decided to learn how to do my own nails smh with the busy schedule I already have. I REFUSE to put my money in this place anymore .. my friends all use to come here together now I’m joining them in learning how to do my nails.

Cut my nails in different directions when I complained it was an issue. Said they would take 5$ off I don’t need 5$ off I need my nails done correctly. Kept trying to sell me more than what I came in here for. After refusing she was upset and rushed through my pedicure making it not worth the money. I didn’t want to tip her because her service was absolutely horrible. When I requested the manager they told me he wasn’t in.

Runs like a factory. I had a horrible regular pedicure. I’ve been there before and spent more money (spa treatment mani pedi) where the service was stellar. So perhaps when you spend hundreds you get better service.

I went in for acrylic nails with gel color. The shape of the nails were off and the acrylic was too thick and bulky, I was cut on one finger. I came out spending $60. The service was rushed. Tom did my nails and he had the nerve to ask for a tip. Only thing good about this place is there color selection. I will not be returning.
