Went back on Monday and the manager was very rude and disrespectful, she didn’t want to fix the mess Tiffany did on my hands. The next day after doing my nails it look like this, after paying 140.00 for full set and pedicure. Went back on Monday and the manager was very rude and disrespectful, she didn’t want to fix the mess Tiffany did on my hands. Someone else said it’s 20.00 more to fix it because I decided to change the color.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueToday I got my nails butchered at this salon! I went in to have my 4 week old UV gel nails taken off and get a regular gel manicure. When they took the tips off they kept ripping off my own nail. I’ve shared a pic slightly showing the finger where they pulled off half my fingernail. How does a “professional” nail salon not know how to remove gel nails – I could’ve done a better job at home and avoided the pain I went through. It so upsetting I had to get up and run out. No one even offered to help my bloody nail. Not even a bandage was offered. Never again will I ever step in that place. Today I got my nails butchered at this salon! I went in to have my 4 week old UV gel nails taken off and get a regular gel manicure. When they took the tips off they kept ripping off my own nail. I’ve shared a pic slightly showing the finger where they pulled off half my fingernail. They were popping off and lifting within days and when I went back TAMMY, supposedly the manager, was so rude to me and refused to give me my money back. She said 6 days was worth the 65 dollars I paid. I wish I would of read all these terrible reviews then I would have never gone to this place. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have never been to a nail salon like this. They rushed me and charged me 65 dollars for a new set of nails. They were popping off and lifting within days and when I went back TAMMY, supposedly the manager, was so rude to me and refused to give me my money back.
