Went here for the first and last time a few weeks ago. Was greeted and told to sit at an empty desk and someone would be with me. There were 2 employees sitting at their chairs talking to each other not helping me. Waited for 10 minutes. An employee who just finished a pedicure ran over to start my nails (not sure why the other 2 employees who were doing nothing couldn’t help me). Did not feel welcome at all. I wanted to get an acrylic refill but she told me dip powder was better for my nails so I was willing to try it. Came out great and left happy (I believe her name was Diana, the only nice employee). ONE DAY later one of my nails started to lift, I went back and asked them to glue it down and they did- rudely. Not even a week later that same nail fell completely off. After that, almost all of my other nails started to lift and FOUR came completely off. Don’t waste your time or money. Crystal Nails in Eagle Plaza is extremely friendly and your nails will not fall completely off a week after they are done. Never returning

This place is awesome I’ve never had a bad experience. I have been going here for years, everyone is friendly and nice. Irene is so attentive and made suggestions before going ahead and doing whatever to make sure I was happy with what I got done. You NEED an appointment though. They put time and effort into each person so walk-ins are hard for them to accommodate.

I was in the area and decided to come here for a gel mani and regular pedi. The ladies were very friendly. Im not knocking their customer service but the quality of the mani and pedi for the price is not worth it. I was there on 3/2 and today is 3/7 and my nails are chipped already. Very disappointing. I paid $57 plus tip. Im upset.

Went to get a manicure and pedicure with eyebrow wax. Eyebrow wax was just okay. Manicure was fine too. Pedicure was where I had the issue. They didn’t pumous my feet like I’m used to and there was still dead skin. They also forgot to turn on the machine that warms the hot stones so they just ran it under hot water which was laughable. I did have a glorious hour away from my 2 year old though… So..

Terrible customer service. I’ve gone in multiple times and they’ve told me they’re “too busy”. They don’t ask for my name, there’s no waiting list, just sorry we can’t take you. They’re very rude. They should just say they only take appointments, which in itself is ridiculous. They clearly just do not want to work. Do not go here!

Clean. Polish lasts for weeks. Friendly staff.I won’t go anywhere else. Plus their coupons, are great, $20 pedicures Mon-Wed. I’ve been to other places and they aren’t as good as Victoria’s in Voorhees.
