I don’t usually write reviews but this time I’m physically hurt, my nails got destroyed. I’ve been going for awhile, I usually get tips with Uv gel manicure and I was always happy with the result. But lately I’ve been very frustrated with the quality of work. My tips would fall off within a week because the gel would lift off my nails, and that’s been damaging my nails so bad, that I decided to never go back.

i came here today to get acrylic toes long and square and the lady kept telling me no & then i had to continuously correcting her and she choose not to listen and when it was time to pay she tried to charge herself a $30 tip and i told her no & said i’ll give you a $5 tip & then she started to make a scene and told all the workers to never do my toes and i never had this issue before this is my first time and now my toes look like numbs – 0/10 she did horrible , she is the worst , she is literally so rude & disrespectful. HIRE BETTER WORKERS !!!

This is absolutely the worst place to get your nails done. I had sns nails with my long natural nails and I came in to get a new set. The nail tech Angela ripped off my old nails with her finger and tools. It was absolutely painful. This nail tech Angela also left me for another customer I assume is a regular and said another girl would attend to me. I was APPALED at how unprofessional I was treated at this salon. I ended up being attended by this nice nail tech who went a little easier on my nails but she still hit my skin a couple of times with the nail electric filer. If Angela knew she had a client waiting for her why did she attend me in the first place or ditch me to attend her? They don’t care about customers here and they just want to earn money in the long run. I will never be coming back to get my nails done here it’s the worst treatment I’ve ever received at a nail salon. Don’t waste your time and come here to waste your money on a mediocre service. The eyebrow ladies however are super nice and more professional than this nail lady I had the bad luck to have.

Got my nails done and exactly and 1 week later my nail chipped. They had the audacity to charge me to get my nail fixed. They charged my 45 just for the filling and then charged me for their mistake. I will never go here again. Don’t waste your money Acrylic nails

Worst service ever. Do not go to the girl Cynthia. She was super rough, and unpleasantly sassy. Told me she needed to go home. If she needs to go home, she shouldn’t take customers after a certain time. Nicked my skin with the electric filer thing. And on top of that when I told her be easy and do not cut my nails, I’m trying to grow them long. She cut them and told me it’s better for me this way. I literally had to cut all my nails. I don’t wish to give it one star even. Its the attitude of the nail tech that has me fuming horrible attitude and behavior

Probably one of the worst experiences while getting my nails done, was supposed to be a relaxing day, ended up being a headache and resulted in the manager, telling me to calm down after I explained how it looked like a 12 year old painted my nails. They gave me someone who doesn’t know how to cut cuticles or file or paint. High recommend you consider not wasting $75 on gel mani & pedi there are other places…

This place is horrible! I went in for a regular manicure WHICH TOOK ABOUT 40 MINS! The lady that did my nails seemed like she didnt know what to do and had to call over someone to help! In attempt to cut my cuticles she made my finger bleed and now I have to get them done somewhere else! I went here about a year ago and went there again today to give them a second chance but yet still horrible!

Went to do my nails here 3 weeks ago and recently went in for a fill-in. I wanted the same color as last time but the lady told me they don’t have that color , only the colors they have were the samples shown. Even though I said I did them there a few weeks ago. asked her to check and refused. Insisted they don’t have that color.
