The atmosphere is very pleasant, the technicians are all cheerful and willing to assist their clients in any way. Such a pleasant experience! Three of us walked in without a reservation and were greeted pleasantly by all the staff then were promptly seated. I appreciated that the shop was clean and the tools were sterile! My manicurist, Ima (spelling?), was detail oriented and didn’t rush the massage, which I loved! While we were being serviced, what seemed to be the manager or owner, was gracious enough to come over to thank us for coming in—great customer service!
