I went here days ago to get pedicure and manicure. I must admit the people were really nice. I have not had my foot done since becoming and amputee 10 years ago, this is not to say that it had never been done but it has been at least that long for professional servicing. I am self conscious but still a tough cookie. I personally don’t have a problem with being looked at or laughed at but not on a school yard level. I was embarrassed because of the looks and language and laughter feeling that they are directed at me in particular. One leg is okay for me, an ugly foot in a nail salon okay but speaking your native tongue and then laughing at clients is just rude. Especially when you look directly at them afterwards. I am too embarrassed to try this again for a while.

I went on a Saturday, walked right in. Peter was my technician, he took his time & did an amazing job with my nails. I’m definitely coming back. I went from long coffin to oval nails & they’re absolutely perfect. He even massaged my fingers & hands. Great service & experience! Thanks Peter! Critical: Quality, ValueWorst nail experience I have had- I told her I wanted tips and she basically ignored me. Right before she was about to dip her if she was going to do the tips. She was like no you don’t need them your nails will be thick. Basically she didn’t feel like going back and redoing it. Thick bubbly uneven nails. I will never come here again. Worst nail experience I have had- I told her I wanted tips and she basically ignored me. Right before she was about to dip her if she was going to do the tips. She was like no you don’t need them your nails will be thick. Basically she didn’t feel like going back and redoing it. Thick bubbly uneven nails. I will never come here again. Okay because first of all they had about 25 baby spiders under the massaging chair and blamed it on my aunts shoes when she had been wearing the sneakers all morning with no problem.. This is literally and I mean LITERALLY the WORST salon I’ve been to. I sat here and asked for long coffin nails and it was giving long, bulky, overpriced, nails. I CAME TO GET A GEL POLISH CHANGE AND THE MAN WAS LITERALLY RUSHING AND FOR WHAT? YALL WERENT BUSY! YOU CAN STILL SEE THE OLD POLISH ON MY NAILS UNDER THE NEW POLISH .. i went with two of my friends and they were very rude. they didnt not do what i asked at all. the lady did not even ask what i wanted she just started my nails, and when i told her what i wanted she was like yeah i know. i wanted them more round and she caught an attitude with me. she was very impatient and did things sloppy. i asked for a design on my nails and it looks horrible! im definitely not coming back here (spa 7 all the way!!) very disappointed because of the lack of communication and the way they treated me and my friends.

Brought my fiancé to get her nails done. We sat there for 30 minutes listening to the other people here the workers are very rude with them and have attitudes. They have a lack of ventilation in the building obviously which makes the whole building smell like nail polish remover. Sure I get it this is a nail and spa but when you walk in and can’t sit more than 10 minutes here without getting a headache it’s a problem the price was not the best I’ve ever seen but definitely will not return again.
