Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityCame for a full set, pedi, and eyebrows before my baby girl arrives in a few weeks. I am so happy with the work done! I WILL be back! Also love that they were NOT over crowded and I had minimal wait time.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityNot a good experience. They took me at 10:20 and the man was still putting on the acrylics at 11:30. I didn’t get done until 12:10. Not only did it take forever, but the man left at least 15 times to assist other people while all of the girls just stood there doing nothing. The man also kept pulling my arms very aggressively. He also made my finger bleed and totally ignored the fact that my finger was dripping blood and kept doing my nails. I recommend you don’t come here because there are many better places. Not a good experience. They took me at 10:20 and the man was still putting on the acrylics at 11:30. I didn’t get done until 12:10. Not only did it take forever, but the man left at least 15 times to assist other people while all of the girls just stood there doing nothing. The man also kept pulling my arms very aggressively. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueThe main issues I had with this nail spa were the cleanliness and the quality of the work. I received a scheduled manicure using gel powder. The nail tech I had got her filing drill bit from a dirty Altoids tin she had shoved in the drawer of the station we were at. I didn’t see her wash her hands before she started working on my nails. I’m lucky I washed my hands of my own accord right before the appointment as I wasn’t instructed to do so before she started.She was rushing through the manicure so much so that she cut my cuticle with the file and caused it to bleed. After removing the cotton from my wound, she then brushed the dust off of my fingers with the same brush she had used to sweep off the debris from the table top. Not once did I see anyone actually spray and wipe down the tables. She put the cuticle oil and hand cream on me before I was told to wash my hands and ended up rubbing the remaining gel powder all over my hands.When I was finally instructed to wash my hands, she hadn’t allowed enough time for the topcoat on my nails to dry. She ended up scraping some of it off a couple of my nails when she applied the hot towel to my hands. Which she did at the sink as she didn’t allow me to go back to my chair.The end result wasn’t terrible but the filing was uneven on the shape of my nails and paint had been left else where on my finger tips. The cleanliness and lack of professional work and equpiment left much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this particular spa, there are far better ones in the area. The main issues I had with this nail spa were the cleanliness and the quality of the work. I received a scheduled manicure using gel powder. The nail tech I had got her filing drill bit from a dirty Altoids tin she had shoved in the drawer of the station we were at. I didn’t see her wash her hands before she started working on my nails.
