This salon is one of the best places I have ever gotten my hair done. I have been around to a lot of places all over the world!! First of all, the ladies all working there are good friends, and no “competitive” vibe there, which I LOVE. But even more than that, I went in for a HUGE problem of having matted hair. I had done a home mask, that I left in over night and when I rinsed out, my hair had reacted badly. Which they told me when I went in. It had matted and glued my hair into a huge mess. Sara, and all the other ladies were so helpful, and sweet, and comforting. I literally had one huge dread going from one side to the other. The girls were so amazing, and pitching in where they could to pick out this rat in my hair. I let them know that I had time constraints to pick up my kids, and all of them jumped in when they could, to pick up a comb and help. I literally cannot say enough good things about this salon. I loved the whole vibe of the place, and further more how much they helped me, when I was sure I would have had to shave my hair off. I would recommend them to anyone I meet from Vienna from here on out!!

My first time venturing out into the world since the Coronavirus (yes, I had some major roots!). First I want to mention how impressed I was of the safety measures the owners of the salon took (taking temperatures, mandating wearing masks, limited number of customers, large shield in front of cashier station). i was nervous about getting facials. i’ve struggled with acne for years and have to be very careful with what products are used. that was before i met jada. not only is jada one of the most caring and kind estheticians i’ve ever met, but she is such a wonderful person. you can tell that she cares about her work and genuinely want what’s best for her clients and their skin. my skin has never felt this good. i got the deep pore facial and my face feels immediately less stuffy and fresh. the conversation was wonderful, the facial was filled with care and professional. i will absolutely be going back to jada, i trust her 100% with my skin and i cannot recommend her enough. <3

I walked in late on a Saturday with a hair color issue. I was introduced to Donald who listened to my concern and promptly presented a plan of action to correct the issue. His knowledge of the process required to properly treat and manage issues related to hair care were very impressive and appreciated. My family will definitely return for all our hair needs.

I had a frustrating experience with a consultation and I ended up letting myself get talked into a totally different hairstyle than what I had walked in for. The owner found out and made sure it was made right. The staff are really friendly and care a lot about your experience. Also, make sure you get a massage with Roger! He doesn’t do a typical massage– it’s somewhere between massage and energy clearing and it’s absolutely magical!

Andrea is AMAZING. I’ve been going to her for almost 5 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. My hair is super thick and curly and takes about 3 hours to trim, blow dry, and style, but Andrea makes it look like I just got off the runway every time.
