I know that not everyone likes a certain kind of massage, but I personally like it hard and not pinching at the same time. The girls here are very professional and the rooms are very clean. But when it comes to massaging they kind of put the entire pressure via their elbows and that hurts a lot. Would want to try their hot stone massage though.

Very bad, irresponsible team. I called for an appointment and they asked me to come, I drove all the way from Snoqualmie to redmond to get the massage. Once I reach the spa they said they do not have free slot and asked me to comeback again. I felt they are not professionals. Pls stay away.
