I felt incredibly disrespected and appalled that when my daughter and I went to her haircut appointment, the doors were locked and everything was closed! Especially since I was just on the phone with the owner telling her we were on our way. Super glad I didn’t waste money at this establishment. When I tried to make an appointment to get color done the owner kept complaining that she only has two workers that are working. The way this business is run is like a hot mess.

I came here to get a hair consultation from Nidia. What a joke and a waste of time. She wanted to charge me $300 just to add more color to my roots and tone up the rest of my hair. My hair is medium length… it’s not even that long. And she started lecturing me for 10 minutes while she was dyeing another clients hair and on top of that she was trying to sell me her hair products LOL… nope, I walked right out. I’m not throwing $300 away when I can get the work done somewhere else for $200 or $250.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!The worst service provided by this salon. Nidia the hair artist was very rude and unprofessional to my wife after my wife told her how much hair length she wanted (politely) for her mother. Immediately after that Nidia purposely poked scissors on the neck of my wife’s mother(client) who complained about it. Luckily there was no injury. On confronting by my wife Nidia opened the door and asked both to leave (heights of unprofessionalism) No owner available a the place to complain or note the situation. My wife called the owner from home to inform her about the incident. Owner apologized but what good it can do? This is a life threat for every customer visiting this place.
