Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuecalled Monday for a acrylic fill appointment after basically all other nail salons being closed on Memorial Day. There was one man working and he told me to come back at 6pm. I arrived and he was still working on someone so I waited until 6:45pm. Not a big deal. Finally it was my turn and very rudely he told me to pick a color, I told him I wanted a light pink color. I also told him I wanted plan acrylic fill and a paint polish on top of the acrylic. I work at a hospital and gel, poly gel, dip powder all reacts with the chemicals and comes off.He argued with me telling me he couldn’t and questioning what I wanted. I finally told him I just wanted my nails done, I told him I wanted glitter at the tips and he also ignored what I wanted.Every time I asked him a question he ignored it like I was an inconvenience and he wanted to go home. Ag this point I was irritated and decided I would do my own glitter and file at home.He did not file my nails and did a poor job,When he was done he asked if I would pay cash or card, I told him card. I also told him I needed to wait a few minutes for my nails to dry before I reached in my pocket and got my bank card. When I go to pay there is a large sign at the counter stating “all tips on cash only” the man takes my bank card and started screaming how much would I like to top because he can add it on. I said sir the sign says tip in cash I can get cash from my car.
