I very happy to say I had an absolutely lovely experience. Kenny was extremely pleasant and we had a nice chat about our kids etc etc while he worked on my nails. Just left after trying this place for the first time. I was in a bind and needed to have my nails done today. I very happy to say I had an absolutely lovely experience. Kenny was extremely pleasant and we had a nice chat about our kids etc etc while he worked on my nails. I admit I was a little hesitant because of some past reviews but can honestly say that everything was perfect, clean and I’m a very happy customer and I WILL be back!!!

A Lady there did an upper lip waxing on me, and pulled a part of my skin completely off my upper lip, and I started to bleed alot. I was in so much pain, it took over 7 days to heal. She didn’t even apologize for her mistake, and tried to tell me that my lip was dry. I didn’t even need my lip waxed, nobody grows hair on the center of their lips. The most ridiculous story I’ve ever heard. So unprofessional,. I will Never return.

So, the 1st time I went there my daughter & I got gel polish on our toes. Mine was French & it still looked amazing weeks later. So we book appointments for the next pedicure & gel was so good I wanted it again. Instead of SOAKING my old polish off he SANDED it off with the dremmel & my toe nails hurt & were were soooo sore and THIN!! Some spots in the middle of my toe nails were down to the skin. I had to bandage them as they were so sensitive, bed sheets hurt to touch them.Needless to say the new gel polish chipped off quickly. I had to soak it all off myself. It’s been FIVE MONTHS and my nails are growing out but still paper thin. I have yet to return to ANY nail salon & continue to do my nails & feet myself.

My daughter made an appointment to get her nails done for prom. She has gone there many times to get her nails done. I dropped her off and she called me crying because they told her her nails took too long and they couldn’t do them. They are very unprofessional I would absolutely not recommend them. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business.
