I had a bad experience I had a manicure and pedicure done over a month ago an after 3 weeks my nails broke from the middle i went and told them an they refuse to take them off saying that it wasn’t ther job so i manage to take them off myself but then i notice that thers some fungus growing underneath my nails and it turn out that they don’t disinfect their tools or change their nail filers they just wipe and serve the nxt person.

Critical: CleanlinessWent in to get my acrylic nails removed, they soaked them in acetone. When I went to wash my hands I seen the lady grabbing a funnel pretty sure she was puttint back the acetone I had my fingers soaked in.

Waited here for an hour without even being helped. Got a pedicure, after waiting for an hour. They said 30 minutes. I sat in the chair waiting for an hour. Definitely no tip. Hire more workers. Only came here because Nova nail salon was closed. Don’t recommend to anybody.

Accompanied my wife to get her nails refilled, there was only 2 people, we were first on the list, waited patiently for about an hour and the person after us was attended before us and they were there for no more than 10mins! Talk about customer service, never again. Highly wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
